Exceptional customer service and a wide selection of beers.We ordered takeaway ribs, squid and a 4 pack of beers totalling $140 it was a nice little surprise to receive another complimentary 4 pack with that!S&P Squid wasn't crispy and we couldn't taste the szechuan pepper at all, so wouldn't recommend, but the ribs were tender and well seasoned and came with a mountain of fries!Fries however were a little soggy, but perhaps just ask for them to be well done. Sweet potato fries on the other hand were great They were crisp, and maybe the highlight? But honestly, the best part was the service. Lovely staff and would return for that reason, but maybe for their chicken wings and definitely the ribs again! As of writing this on 25 Oct 21, BBB is takeaway only, until Australia sorts out their hospo staff shortage.

Extremely happy with the service and delicious meals we received for our dinner tonight. Highly recommend. We got dinner delivered. It was fast and still hot went we ate it.

Blackheath Bar and bistro is a 10 out of 10 for me, ribs are incredible and really well priced, sides are awesome! Chicken burger is amazing! And really great staff, Couldn't recommend any higher!

Waited over an hour for average food....dont waste your time

Another disappointing stop on my Blackheath food tour. Shockingly, it seemed this place was the only option if you aren’t looking for fine dining but also aren’t keen to eat fast food.I guess no competition provides no reason not to be entirely mediocre.The food was SO overpriced for what it was. We got three of the “bar food” side dishes to share at $15 each. They were each small and mildly to extremely disappointing.The one saving grace was my coffee porter, but I guess all they are responsible for there was choosing a good beer to have on tap.If I ever come to Blackheath again, I will pay for a nicer AirBnb with a kitchen just so I don’t have to eat at any of these restaurants again.
