Empress Grill Room - Blackpool

The furnishings were excellent, and the staff was very attentive. The seating and tables were really comfortable. The food was quite good, especially the steak (though I did miss the English mustard). I highly recommend the Show and Dine option!

Our meal was absolutely delicious, featuring steaks, mushrooms, and more. It’s one of the first places where my daughter was offered a delightful meal that didn't trigger her intolerances. The specially prepared fish was perfect. The service was excellent, provided by a friendly and funny guy named Steve, who made my nephew feel special as we celebrated his 10th birthday. We came for a theater and Dune experience, and we definitely want to come back!

A lovely spot for coffee and tea cakes, featuring a vibrant atmosphere and friendly service. It feels like a delightful trip back in time. I would definitely return!

The food was very delicious, but the waiters and waitresses were very stressed and walking around. it wasn't very full. the table service was not ok. they ask us for drinks and eat very fast and eating came very fast, but they did not ask them whether they want more drinks or any sauces for the meal. I noticed on the table next to us were four older people and two of them wanted to ask the waiter something, but couldn't because he went straight back to the kitchen after he had delivered the food to the table. I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer for my meal, but having a waiter interacting with me. the food was very delicious and I would probably visit again. I had a good experience, but they could have gotten more money if they asked me if I had another drink.

Had a lovely meal with my dad tonight. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible. Will be booking again.
