Golden Bowl - Blackpool

I came here last saturday i ordered for collection the service and speed and also the food was absolutely impeccable always 10/10 at golden bowl me and my husband’s go too chinese!!

Order our usual go to tonight for Chinese Golden Bowl spend a lot of money food comes 2 hours later food cold and order incomplete. Ring up and the attitude towards the situation is terrible. They will bring the rest of the order when they can there doing there best got another 15 orders to do. Not the fact its took them 2 hours to bring cold food and the order is incomplete. Maybe stop being greedy and take your phone off the hook and deal with the orders you have. Lost a valuable customer but doubt they care because they have another 15 orders to do and thst keep till rolling

I paid for our order online and placed it, but the restaurant cancelled it without notifying us. When we called to inquire, we were told that they do not deliver to our location. They assured us that the payment would be refunded, but it has been a week and we have still not received the refund. We will be contacting our bank tomorrow to report this issue. Avoid using their online ordering system as it allows you to place orders even if they don't deliver to your address.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over ten years. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, I experienced poor service and encountered rude staff. The food was cold, and the crispy beef dish was especially disappointing as it lacked the promised beef and crispiness. Hopefully, this was just a one-time occurrence, but we will not be taking the risk of returning.

This was my first time ordering online from this restaurant. I ordered a chicken fried rice and paid an extra £9 for chicken and mushroom. The food arrived cold, with around 12 pieces of cheap chicken strips and undercooked rice. The salt and pepper chicken balls, of which there were 7, had uncooked batter. The highlight was the prawn crackers, which were light and crispy. Unfortunately, most of the meal ended up in the bin. It was a waste of £18 and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
