Mcdonald's - Blackpool

Ordered delivery, Big Mac Meal was delivered was missing the Big Mac. Also paid for a BBQ Sauce which I also never received. Rang the store to be told “There’s nothing we can do” Extremely poor service. Will not be using again.

Missed a meal when ordering . When speaking to staff they didn't care at all . We ordered through an app..and it happened twice and they tried to blame the delivery company. However...it is them that pack the order ? They should not be on an ordering app if they cannot adhere to simply packing procedures! Couldn't care less , and asked me to contact the delivery company for a refund ! Didn't not offer to send out the meal or money back from next order . They just wanted me off the phone . Normally we love mcdonalds but we will not be ordering again when they can't seem to pack properly . If I could rate zero stars I would. Poor poor service. Not impressed at all

We had a good experience and food was hot. We had great service from a lovely girl called Ava. She went above and beyond to help and a credit to this restaurant. Thank you, especially to Ava.

It was fine. But I did want to mention that when I asked for a non dairy alternative for the tea I ordered. The staff looked at me blank and the staff had to ask around for the answer of we just don't have anything. With being a restaurant I would expect training regarding allergies and intolerances to be a must. And this could one one day put someone at risk.

As far as McDonald's restaurants go, this must be one of the best There's attentive staff with a warm welcome and assistance on hand if you need it to order on the machines, for example. The restaurant was clean and staff were quick to help clear people's tables and cleared any rubbish away promptly. Food was exactly as you may expect from McDonald's so if you see this for what it is, there can't be any complaints.
