Old Cottage - Blackpool

Absolutely brilliant! Room was so luxurious and the breakfast was excellent, they will take care of their guests as they take care of their rooms! Everything was balanced and normal, beds as they should be, a beautiful fresh smelling toilet; there's nothing bad I can say about this hotel. The bar was also interesting. I and my friend went to the bar and some other guests and we laughed all our lungs from the owner. He is a very dedicated man and he has not the confidence to approach us for any problems in our room, he also made our time in Blackpool very comforting, shows us where places are and teach us many things about the city. If you want a stay in Blackpool, this is definitely the place to choose!

Came to Blackpool for my sisters 30. and just checked out this hotel and I could not be impressed by the service we received. My friend hurt her back and the owner went to the store they bought a hot water bottle. He wore our bags more than on arrival and departure. He gave us menus and advice where to go for food and clubs. The room is what you expect for the price .the staff was very friendly and attentive. Thank you.

This place is simply amazing. Hosts were excellent and so friendly I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was delicious, the room was so clean and tidy. The shower was great. We'll be back for the darts. Love it

Excellent, with good customer service approach, very helpful manager Karl, who does not grumble to assist customers with any query or need , very friendly with customers and kids,the cleanness of the entire hotel is of standard including a table top fridge to keep your perishables fresh . in fact, I and Mrs including our children enjoyed our two night lodge at the hotel with our car parked and secured till the day of our departure thanks once again Karl we will definitely come back again and suggest to anyone to feel free to lodge there on your visit.
