Pizza Hut - Blackpool

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work, keep it up!

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant on Thursday. Upon arrival, we were informed that only card payments were accepted, which was not a problem for us. We were also instructed to scan the QR code on the table to place our order, although this did not work for us and we instead placed our order verbally. Our waitress was fantastic, very friendly, polite, and helpful. We took advantage of a great kids deal for £7.99, which included a drink, salad, pizza, side, and ice cream. My pizza was delicious and I would definitely return to this restaurant. We enjoyed unlimited refill drinks, which was a nice touch. The salad bar needed restocking, but I was offered a pizza box to take away my leftover pizza. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the Pleasure Beach and not far from our hotel.

I tried to leave feedback through their website, but I accidentally deleted the email with my receipt number and couldn't provide any feedback. The food at this restaurant was truly delicious - even my husband, who isn't a fan of pizza, was impressed. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Despite there being 6 or 7 front of house staff members, none of them smiled or made eye contact with us during our visit. At one point, a neighboring table had an issue with their pizza, but the waitress who was informed just stood there playing with her hair and not addressing the problem. The customer didn't receive the correct pizza until well after his family had finished dessert. We also had to wait a long time for a replacement glass and a box to take our leftover pizza home, as the staff seemed reluctant to engage with us. People waiting at the door to be seated were also routinely ignored by the staff. While I understand that there may be wait times during busy periods, a little acknowledgment from the staff would have been appreciated.

Popped into Pizza Hut as it was near to our hotel after we had spent the day next door in Blackpool Pleasure Beach. We were seated straight away and found the staff to be very pleasant. The food was also very good (As you would expect. Overall we would visit again if we were looking to have pizza on our next visit to Blackpool.

11 of us booked in here. Really happy with the service from all the waitresses. Salad bar continuously filled up. Food decent. They catered for someone in our family who is vegan and someone else who is gluten free. Points to improve on: ice cream machine was broke. 2 of our party only received their pizza when most were nearly done.
