Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a sub and a salad through Uber Eats. The salad was missing items and poorly assembled, and one of the items was missing altogether. When I called the restaurant, I was told to contact Uber for a refund and they seemed uncaring. We offered to return the old order but were told they would not remake the entire order, only provide the missing items for us to pick up. This resulted in our sub getting cold. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed there was no manager, just the person I was talking to, and there was a kitchen leak to deal with. This experience was unacceptable and I will be taking further action regarding this situation.
We grabbed a quick meal at this restaurant. The service was decent, but we were put off by the cleanliness of the place, which made us hesitant to eat their food.
Having visited Subway regularly, I am happy to say that this particular location exceeds expectations. The restaurant is clean and inviting, the food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for another visit.
