Wheelhouse Cafe - Blackpool

This place is a must-visit! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I ordered the Wheelhouse burger with cheesy chips and would recommend it to anyone unsure of what to order.

I have never had such a terrible breakfast in my 60 years of life. It was cold, tasted like burgers (even though it wasn't supposed to have any on the full breakfast), overcooked, disgusting, and overpriced. They didn't even have ham for a toastie, and when it finally arrived, the cheese was unmelted and the tomato was cold. The tea was awful and still had the tea bag in it. The only good thing was the bottle of water. It was so bad that it made McDonald's look like a Michelin Star restaurant.

We went to this restaurant because it was convenient for us with young kids, but we wish we hadn't bothered. The staff were incompetent and we were surprised they had any food at all. They forgot a part of our order and then blamed us for their mistake. Three different staff members had to come and sort out their mess. The food was bland and overpriced. Don't stop here if you're looking for a sandwich or tea, but if you want rude staff who blame customers for their mistakes, then this is the place for you.

After we spent some time on the rides, we decided to come in here for a hot chocolate and cup of tea. It was nice, but we didn't get chance to try the food as we felt sick from a few rides lol

I am distraught from the ant infection and the flee bites I’ve received from sitting on this pier and the food was cold and the staff were rude one staff called Olivia roberts was very nice and helped me with this situation
