7-eleven - Blacksburg

"Friendly" doesn't even begin to describe my experience here. I visited this morning for nothing more than a cappuccino – which, by the way, was the best I've ever had. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The employee helped me save 50% by signing me up for their rewards program. As a single mother in college with no support, every little bit helps, and this gesture meant a lot to me. Although it might not seem significant to him, it truly made my day. This particular 7-Eleven has a gem of an employee; he deserves recognition and a raise!

I left the store and forgot to get the money I had just got from Cashback and went with absolutely no proof that I had paid for it. The two who work spent like 15 minutes digging through the discarded revenues for me until we found it and I have my money! They were the absolutely best and really pulled all the stops for this $10, I guess it so much

It's one of the two or three 7-Eleven stores in Blacksburg, conveniently located along the MSN route. The coffee here is fantastic, with a great variety of options available. However, I think 7-Eleven could enhance their hot chocolate, as it's a bit too sweet for my taste. Definitely try the buffalo chicken roll—it's a must! I'm also a fan of the 7REWARDS program. Overall, I would give this place a five-star rating.
