I love Thai eating and if they do, this place is one. in the position to sub tofu for her meat makes a tonne on the menu vegan friendly. pineapple fried rice, thai peanut noodles, basilikum rice noodles are available some of the vegan options.

I absolutely adore this small restaurant in Blacksburg. I ordered the poached pork belly and a mixed green salad. The food is consistently delicious, served hot, and perfectly seasoned.

Cafe Mekong in Blacksburg serves the most delicious Thai food! The service is fast and friendly, and the dishes are served hot. I highly recommend trying the pork "limited item" and the Mekong wings.

TWEEKS HOME TOWN FOOD REVIEW! For Panasian (Vietnamese, some Korean, some Thai).. Cafe Mekong is the best in town (good pho). This is my favorite place in town. Everybody loves her. Your Thai is okay, but not her best. The owner is Vietnamese and uses a Vietnamese cook that they hired from San Fran to do a good Pho bread and they get fresh ingredients from the coast every Thursday (they own the Asian market next door.. You can get authentic Asian ingredients there). Since we have many Chinese students in the city. You have begun to offer some authentic Chinese dishes now as well. Yummy yummy. The pho, Drunken Noodles (quite tasty), and #42 pork rice are our favorites. My wife likes the bun. My son loves the garlic roasted rice. They must also be the spicy Mekong Wings are brilliant. Will add photos next time. UPDATE: New favorite added only in the menu. Kimchee Fried Rice. Spicy and garlicky. Formed, along with the MeKong wings. NOM NOM!
