Chipotle Mexican Grill - Blacksburg

I ordered a burrito bowl but the only thing in the bowl was pieces of steak.. and they forgot my taco

Extremely location. always says I have not ordered food through the app and I have to show them to even make them. food quality is always sub par, orders are never correct.

Almost went somewhere else because of the reviews, but that was the best chipotle we had in a LONG time. even with my difficult order. the personal was super friendly and professional.

Ordered several times through mobile app. Double chicken gets really salty like put into the ocean for years. Double steak only gets pieces that can be counted by fingers. Mobile order takes forever to complete.

This has to be the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is highly UNprofessional. I am currently waiting in line because they have to make more rice of all things. Last time i was here i had purchased their last bag of chips. The wait time for rice was originally 5-10min. Now she has come back 10 min. later to say it will be 20 min. If the place isn’t packed with a line wrapped around just don’t even bother.
