Hardee’s - Blackstone

The food here was quite good, and I didn't find anything lacking. However, the major issue is the lack of staff and the slow service. Even during times when the restaurant isn't busy, the food preparation takes a considerable amount of time.

I visited the drive-thru at 8:40 PM after work hoping to grab a meal, but they were closing in 15 minutes and turned us away. This isn't how a business should operate, and I'm very disappointed. Overall rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I visited Hardee's today (Tuesday), and it was an absolute mess! Honestly, there must have been at least 100 different items scattered on the floor. While some of it was just typical outdoor debris like leaves and sticks, there were also napkins, cup lids, straws, and various pieces of unidentified trash. It was so disheartening that I walked in one door and immediately exited through the other. The situation was so off-putting that I couldn’t even bring myself to speak to any of the employees or make eye contact. Honestly, I wouldn't have eaten there even if it were free! It really seemed like there was a complete lack of care for the cleanliness of the place. I have no idea how they're still in business. I would have loved to see the kitchen where they cook the burgers and fries. What a disappointment!

Every time I'm in town in the mornings, I make it a point to grab a biscuit for then, one for lunch, and a bunch to take home and freeze for later. The person making those biscuits is truly extraordinary. However, the place could really benefit from a good cleaning. I think the booths and flooring have been the same since I lived in town 30 years ago! I can only imagine how many unfortunate odors those booths have absorbed over the years! The last time I visited, I missed breakfast and ended up ordering some chicken. I really wish they served fried chicken like that where I live now!
