Mcdonald's - Blackstone

Paid for my food at 10:22pm was told to pull forward and that my food was on the way out. Meanwhile 3 cars behind me received their food. All I ordered was a cheeseburger and fries. I didn't receive my food until 10:42. And when I opened it, it wasn't even my order.

Food is consistent with any other McDonald's. My complaints are you NEVER receive your order correctly.Something is always missing or no sauce when you asked for it.It's now just a practice without thought to check the bag before you pull off because it will not be right. Also it would be nice if the staff working the drive thru speaker to use the politeness and proper English as those irritating recorded messages that you gotta listen too before you can order. Whoever the manager is here...take the staff on a field trip to chick-fil a so they can see how it's done.

Let's get this straight. If we are talking about some of the best fries in Blackstone then you'll find them here. They're made fresh all day and you'll see them prepared in front of you. Hot, crispy, and salty yet sweet, the fries are truly addictive and the small size order just won't do. What else is on the menu? Not much besides made-to-order hamburgers, the other dish that has made this restaurant famous, unless you want an excellent fish sandwich. Hamburgers come plain, with cheese, with bacon and with both. While you wait, listen to the tunes and relax in the waiting area. The décor is conservative and clean, but if you want great burgers and terrific fries, McDonalds in Nottoway County is your place!

The service is quite slow, and the food lacks quality. They likely get customers mostly because they're the only option in the area.

The service was disappointing. A staff member preparing breakfast sandwiches was seen eating while wearing her gloves and didn’t wash her hands before putting on a new pair to continue making food. They were out of biscuits and gravy but refused to take a few minutes to heat up a can of gravy in the microwave, which is all that's needed since it's pre-made. They were also out of hotcakes, which could have easily been heated up as well. Overall, it felt very unprofessional and was not appealing for customers.
