The pancakes tasted and looked different, and the hash was off too. It was really disappointing. I hope they switch back to how it was before. The staff is great, but I’m not sure what went wrong.
I had a fantastic dinner here. The prices are quite reasonable. I only wish the place were larger. Definitely try the eggs benedict!
This restaurant is now called Poppa Steweys Eatery. I've lived in the neighborhood for a while and finally decided to try this local spot! I was greeted by a friendly server who immediately offered me menus and coffee. The atmosphere is small and cozy, providing a great chance to enjoy the friendly conversations among the locals. The menu features a variety of breakfast items, including omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. I particularly appreciated that they offer both small and large omelettes. The food was served hot and had a homemade feel, as if it came right out of someone’s kitchen rather than a commercial one! I ordered the 2-2-1, and both the bacon and sausage were delicious, while the thick slice of ham was excellent! The portion sizes were surprisingly large, and I ended up quite full, unable to finish my meal! The prices were very reasonable, but note that they only accept cash. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and will definitely be back!
Best place ever. Hidden town secret. The guy that gave this 1 star is high on meth. This is like you grand mom's tiny little kitchen (very tiny) and comfy and friendly locals.
