Mcdonald's - Blacktown

Last time, instead of a sausage and egg muffin, they served a bacon and egg muffin. On monday, out of the 24 chicken nuggets we ordered, three came out burnt to the point of being inedible. Even our dog couldn't chew them. It seems like by now another company might have planted a spy. Otherwise, how else could they even consider serving something like that? Service: Take out

Always forget items in the order ,food is sometimes cold ,bag just thrown at you when number called Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

They give you food like your a dog, they gave my order to someone else, worst McDonald’s in NSW Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly they need to get workers in there that actually want to work. Whenever you go in drive thru they don’t smile or say hi or anything. They just say “is that your order on the screenthank you drive thru” LIKE FREAKING SMILE!!! We ordered Uber eats it was around 10:30pm. Got our order. The entire order was STALE. my fillet o fish was like cardboard! I was so looking forward to it I was craving it and then I bite into it and it was like cardboard. Disgusting I threw it out. Got my money back for the entire order. If you don’t like your job DONT WORK THERE! SIMPLE AS THAT! Do your job properly and then maybe this place would have better reviews. The amount of times we’ve gone into drive thru and they’ve made us either wait for over 15mins for a meal or gotten it totally wrong and even when ordering through Uber our orders have been wrong. DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY. GET WORKERS WHO WANT TO WORK AND NOT KIDS WHO JUST WANT TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK AND DO TIKTOKS ALL DAY. This maccas and Wenty are the only ones closest to us and they are both just as bad as each other. FIX YOUR STAFF
