Boustan - Blainville

Ordered on Uber, the restaurant was supposed to deliver. I call after 1 hour and they say it just left. One more hour passes and I call again and they tell me it's leaving in 5 minutes. At this point I ask them to cancel the Uber order (since I can't) to which the gentleman on the phone replies to call Uber if im not happy and hangs up on me without ever cancelling the order. In the end I drove there pick it up. The food tasted horrible, way too much salt and pepper, went straight to the trash. The kafta had a white filament on it, it tasted like it was cooked hours ago and reheated.

Ordered from this restaurant via Ubereats it’s literally a 3 min drive from my house and food arrived 1hr later !? Not only that I specifically asked for potatoes and salade to my surprise a full bed of rice and no potatoes. Last time I order from here not only that the delivery driver asked me why I didn’t tip was if a error ? I told him this is exactly why I don’t tip until I get my food. Really disappointed!

Eating Lebanese often and being married to someone Lebanese I now know what is good and not. Tonight I ordered and it was horrible!!!!!! Cold! Special instructions do to allergies were not followed and therefore the sandwiches went to waist. Whatever was left other than the sandwiches was cold and dry. Sorry boustan will no longer be getting food from you.

THANK YOU LORD THAT I DID NOT GET FOOD POISONING. How did you even get the rights to run this franchise? The food inspection agency (MAPAQ) would have a field day at this store...... AVOID AT ALL COST. Very unhygienic, serving expired food kept at wrong temperatures. Following zero hygiene.
