After another five minutes, a table that could have accommodated us became vacant, but nobody came to clean it or assist us in being seated. We stood there for yet another five minutes, and since no one spoke to us after initially inquiring about our party size, we decided it was best to leave. Overall, we felt like an inconvenience to the staff, which left us with an overwhelming sense of being unwelcome.

On a positive note, I appreciated the elevator that brought us to the second-floor grill, although we had a hard time finding it because there were no signs to guide us in the dimly lit area. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return. Additionally, a staff member came out of the kitchen and spent about twenty minutes discussing business issues right in front of customers, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate.
