I guess there is no point in skipping the line with a mobile order, because they will make you sit and wait for the 7 people in the store. Even if your order was placed long before. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered online and it took over an hour for my order to be ready. The staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. I will never return to this place.

Went to get a sandwich and watched one lady check people out, go back to slicing meat and bounce behind the other employee touching equipment and work on sandwiches all without changing her gloves. The other young man who made my sandwich started to assemble it and also went to punch some buttons on the register, when we requested he change his gloves before going back to assembling the sandwich he did but was visibly annoyed. At this point you know the whole store is contaminated and if I didn’t feel bad for him getting halfway through making my sandwich I would’ve just left without it.

I visited the restaurant 15 minutes before closing time and ordered three footlongs. Despite being the only server, the staff member was not bothered and remained kind and pleasant. The take-out service was quick and the dinner cost around $30-50 per person. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

The restaurant is rarely open, and when it is, the staff are rude, lazy, and unfriendly. The manager is no better, and the owner doesn't seem to care about the poor service. I will never dine here again after experiencing this for the third time. During my last visit, a mother and her children were present, and one of the children was crying because the staff refused to make her a sandwich and were rude to her. One employee even admitted to unplugging the phone to prevent phone and internet orders.
