Last experience going through drive through was very unpleasant and could have been resolved with a better result. but it didn't because manager and woman waitress refused to listen to my complaint about the placement of the curbing being poorly kicked and extended too far out into the traffic lane. this placement damaged my hub cap and tire and that's my last visit here. decided to write this addendum to my former review to warn ppl about the attitude these folks have toward customers. they are stupid, arrogant and uncooperative toward custgmers. the take out guy was told to tie the top of the bag, but of course he didn't! not a good place to eat!

Best Gold Star I've been too. The employees work as a team and are very friendly. They've never messed up my order.

Placed a pick up order. Buns were stale and hard as rocks. I called and they gave me a credit. I asked to come pick up the order and they would not remake them due to they were closing in 10 min. I was 3 minutes away. So I didn't have dinner at work. As a nurse to not get dinner sucks. 12 hr shift can be long. I explained this to the lady and they still wouldn't remake my food. So unprofessional. Really not happy with her at all. So not dinner that night. I work at The Laurels on the same street .2 min. Apart. Bad service. Nan
