Log Cabin - Bland

Even while we were seated, our table hadn't been cleaned and was clearly dirty, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. The main issue, however, was the 25-minute wait for our order after being seated, with no apology offered. We didn't receive our food until 50 minutes after we sat down, all while dealing with two small children. It was definitely not a pleasant experience. While the food was decent, between the state of the bathroom, the poor service, and the overall cleanliness, I cannot recommend this place.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is beautiful—everything truly lives up to the hype! My favorite dish here is the corn fritters with honey. I would definitely recommend trying the wasabi salmon as well.

I visited this restaurant for dinner during my trip, and it's conveniently located near local hotels. The place has a charming atmosphere, featuring an old log cabin and fun gardens to stroll through, along with two gift shops. Unfortunately, much of the food was underwhelming. The warm broth was excellent, and the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. However, the historical bark stew was quite basic, and the roast was disappointing—overcooked and dry, to the point where my companion barely touched it. His baked potato was also dry. The children's meals were decent, but I found my sweet plate lacking; both the broccoli and beans were slightly undercooked—while I prefer them crispy, these were almost raw. By the time we noticed, it was late, and we just wanted to head back to the hotel, so we didn’t request a fix. Overall, it felt quite expensive for the quality of the food. I did overhear a gentleman saying his steak was very good, so if you’re stopping by for the atmosphere and gardens, I would recommend just getting a soup and a drink.
