A&w - Blanding

Really chill spot in the middle of freaking nowhere. May just be the only A&W in the nation attached to a bowling alley. (I'm not at all sure on that btw. But yes, a must stop, plus you can get gas there too.

Today was my first A&W experience, and the burger was really good (Best in Blanding! but the five-star review is for the young person who took our order at 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 7th…nobody that young should be working under that incredible amount of stress; however, he was polite, efficient, fast, upbeat and extremely nice while working a ridiculously busy lunch shift, manning the register by himself in the front, and then jumping into the kitchen and cooking orders while being watched by a hungry crowd. If he EVER wants to pursue a career in the restaurant industry, we will hire him, whenever he is ready, at Comb Ridge Eat and Drink in Bluff. That guy deserves a raise.

It's the perfect spot for eating, bowling, and getting gas. I've never needed to do all that at once, but I'm sure people do. They also have fry sauce!
