Professors Charcoal Chickens - Blaxland

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years! They serve amazing, freshly cooked barbecue chicken! I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the lower Blue Mountains area.

This restaurant in the lower Blue Mountains serves the best charcoal chicken. They provide great service and the shop is very clean.

I have supported this business for the last 20 years and recently ordered $25 worth taking. it was pointed out that she left a small amount of pork crackling and asked if I could buy a small piece. I was told I couldn't do it if I bought a...pork roll. showed me the left flesh and there was definitiw not out the far enough crackling to go with the meat. I had $5 in gold coins in my hand and they still said no. sam would have given me a piece of cracking, let alone for it. he always gave us native scallops or chips when we ordered when he appreciated the natives who support him. the new family is rude and self-sufficient and should not be supported by natives. make them a fallen and drive them to cambridge park and do not support these rudder non-local owners. the sooner we get them out of the opposite and get new owners who appreciate local businesses, the better. let me know when they left and I return. I would give them a negative assessment if I could and, as someone who is well anchored in the local community, I will tell everyone of my experiences with them and convince them not to support them.

I ordered the chicken and chips at this restaurant. The chips were good, but unfortunately the chicken was undercooked and had to be thrown away. I would not recommend dining there if you want to avoid getting sick.
