Cold Stone Creamery - BLD Oceanside

So I know that Cold Stone carries a lot of stuff, but I have a nut allergy. I made sure not to get nuts in my order. I didn't get to dig into my ice cream when I got home due to the lid not fitting correctly (either it was the wrong size lid or the girl packed in way more than a small size should have) so I had to let it sit in the freezer after cleaning up the mess it made after mostly melting on my desk. Seriously, was the fridge not working either? It's barely a 5 minute drive home and I didn't even leave it out for two minutes before it melted everywhere. In any case, when I did get a chance to have it today, guess what? Nuts, at the bottom of my cup, and I didn't see them until I ingested some by mistake. I have taken the proper procedures to keep myself safe and will continue to monitor my health, but seriously?? You guys need to make sure that your tools are clean! If someone has anaphylactic shock due to this sort of contamination, that's bad news for EVERYONE.

There robot stuff told me they don't comput when I asked if they can make a Sunday for my lil one. Lol a ice cream places that dosen't make Sundays. Know wonder why that place is drowning. They have made it for us before. They were not rude just looked very annoyed that someone came in to get ice cream. How dare us. The most excited they looked is when they got to tell us that they do not make Sundays as that was are punishment for coming in and making them work. What a dull place. Remember when they would sing you a song if you tipped them lol. Those days are over. Just selling boring ice cream that is highly overpriced. Wow you smashed a oreo into some ice cream and charged me way to much money. Looked like someone took a dump in your coffee while doing it. Don't waste your money. This place has low stars for a reason

Ordered ice cream from you guys. It was delivered. The driver said there was a problem with the order I did not notice. The only problem was I paid for size and you guys gave me one size, smaller and stuck it in the container for the right size that I was supposed to get. Not sure if that’s how you handle your business but that is very unprofessional and I will make a visit to the store. . Did

Came in and was turned away at 940 by employees telling us and another group that they had already cleaned and we would be adding work for them if we ordered. Wth?
