However, we have experienced some issues with our recent orders. The proportions of the salad have been off, with too much Cotija cheese overpowering the other flavors. Additionally, the cous cous we ordered tasted old and spoiled. These incidents have disappointed us, and we hope they are isolated cases. We will take a break from dining at Mendocino Farms until they resolve these quality issues.

I contacted this restaurant because their online ordering system was not working. I called an hour in advance and arrived 10 minutes later than my scheduled pickup time, but my order was still not ready. Additionally, I received a kids meal that I did not order. All I received was an apology, and due to the refund process and the delay in preparing my salad, I ended up late for my meeting. Apologies are not enough! They need to have more staff at the front register because the line was very long. The service used to be great here, but it has really declined.

We both confirmed it was and asked her a few questions about the menu before making our selection. Olivia also mentioned that they offer *Military* discounts, which was a nice surprise. We also had the chance to meet the general manager, Jeremiah, who was very hands-on and engaged with both the staff and the establishment. It was refreshing to see him helping out with various duties and always having a smile on his face. The portions of food were generous and reasonably priced. We chose to sit on the beautiful and clean outdoor patio. The restroom for ladies was fresh, clean, and well-stocked, and the tables and chairs were wiped down and inviting. Mendocino Farms is family and dog-friendly, with well-mannered dogs present during our visit. There are also chalkboards for kids to stay entertained. I’m never disappointed with a “Mendo” but this location went above and beyond. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I brought in an elderly family member with mobility issues. To see folks be so kind was just heartwarming. The meal was, as always, phenomenal. We both ordered salads and fountain drinks. I love the beet and goat cheese salad (fka Dave Drake Farms). Love the light, airy vibe, and even a spot for kids to play.Vegetarian options: I always sun my chicken on the salad for the marinated tofu.Kid-friendliness: Separate spot for kids to play.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with the door close by. Menu options were crazy awesome. Food itself was 5-star. The way they delivered the food was a bit wierd but the staff was friendly and great. Nice area of bressi ranch. Will go here again.
