Fuji Japanese - Bldg Fort Wainwright

This restaurant is amazing! I've visited twice in just a week and always make sure to grab a roll to take home. The staff is incredibly polite and attentive, making sure you have a wonderful dining experience. The sushi is exceptional, and I can confidently say it's my new favorite place to eat!

I wouldn't recommend the boba tea. It's priced at $7 for about 14 ounces, but they don't provide a proper boba straw. The boba itself was inconsistently textured, with some hard pieces visible on the small plate in the photo. They only give you a spoon, which means you have to dig through the ice to find the boba. As for the sushi, it lacked flavor.

I arrived at the restaurant just eight minutes before closing, but was pleasantly surprised to find that I could still order sushi and a salad to take away. The service was both fast and friendly, and I was really impressed by the stylish interior, which had a cosmopolitan, urban feel. Once I got home, I realized that if takeout could embody elegance, this place truly succeeded. The salad and sushi were fresh, beautifully packaged, and every detail showed clear care and attention. I even noticed they use their own delivery car. On my next visit, I plan to dine in and arrive well before closing so I can fully enjoy the atmosphere.

I stopped by for a spontaneous lunch and was genuinely impressed by the food. The thick sashimi was absolutely delicious!

Fuji has been one of our favorite restaurants since it first opened. Throughout the years, I've tried nearly all of their special rolls and have never been disappointed. I especially appreciate that they always remember my tea order whenever I visit.
