Great Harvest Bread Co.

Previous location was always great. Came to the airport new location today. Beyond disappointing. Waited over 40 minutes for food, order was made incorrectly after waiting that time. Attitudes from staff is awful. No apologies just take the tray of wrong food and walked off. Sandwiches lacked bread being toasted even. Trays food came out on were filthy with sticky residue on bottom. Bathrooms were disgusting, urine all over toilets, trash on floors. The trays on the trash cans were stacked so high they fell over. Will not return to this location.

Do not visit the Great Harvest. Horrible service. Waited 30 min for a sandwich and then it was given to another customer. Staff is unorganized and not properly trained.

I like their food but the last three times I’ve gone they messed up my order in some way. First time I ordered pickup and realized after I was halfway home that they forgot to include a cookie and soup. Second time I order DoorDash and when I got my order they had crossed out my salad and written that they were out but no one notified me. I figured it might have been a DoorDash issue and was willing to try them again. This time I went in and ordered a Cobb salad. Was told they were out of bacon and they let me sub salami which was nice. But when I got home realized they had not given me salad dressing and the salad was missing avocado. I think this is my last time going there now.
