Kfc - Bldg Fort Wainwright

The food is blan and the service was not friendly. Not many precautions being taken for Covid. I was there a half hour before closing and an employee was yelling at someone that pulled into the drive through saying they're closed. If the time was changed then it should be posted and that situation should have been dealt with in a professional manner.

This places is an alright place. They are fast and food is always hot and packaged with utensils, napkins and all the stuff you'll need to devour that chicken. They have a good attention to detail and a friendly staff every time i have gone thru the drive thru. I have never gone inside so I don't know how the inside of the building is, nor the restrooms. I would recommend this KFC over the other KFC nearby that has the 2 stars.

This KFC location is more expensive than anywhere in 48 states so be aware of the price! The service didn't give us our aide dishes and the size of chickens are ridiculously small???

Chicken tenders were very small and very tough. I could have gotten better at Safeway. No butter or honey for the biscuit. Waste of money to get my takeout lunch.

This KFC has the best customer service in town by far. We go there from time to time and the food is good (it's great for fast food) but the customer service is what keeps us going. Last time we went we ordered inside (before the pandemic) and the staff dynamic is adorable. They have fun while they work but are still efficient. We went this time and the man that took our order over the intercom was soooo sweet and the woman that gave us our food and took payment was a freakin beam of sunshine. We aren't regular fast food era but when we have the urge we will visit this KFC. Y'all are really doing a great job.
