Kfc - Bldg Fort Wainwright

Horrible experience I paid 18.99 for 3 pc chicken 2 sides and a hard biscuit. I will never go to this location again!

Our experience was nothing but good. The fries and chicken were fresh and tasty. 5 satisfied customers!

The worst KFC ever. Whoever worked on 9/30/2022 at 7:50pm the woman in a red shirt who was stubborn to exhange 2 pieces of fried chicken that had fried plastic in it. She pretended to exchange the chickens and rather have us eat the old one where she took out the fried plastic piece. She also threw a tantrum. She needs to learn from the cashier about customer service. If you don't like your job, and rather feed people fried plastic even though you don't own the sote, LEAVE it! Ruining people's meals because your life is trash. Yes, I'm talking about you the Caucasian looking woman in a red shirt, tied up hair. Serving garbage.

Made my bf go get me there potatoes because I hade my tonsils taken out so I can only eat soft foods which potatoes are supposed to be soft but nope they are all chunky and hard part of it is smooth the other half is little hard pieces that you can't avoid‍ there instant mashed potatoes you just stir them in water do better

Way, way too pricey. Service is non caring. So cheap, don't ask for cups or napkins. Don't worry about going back to have them correct your order, they will not! Way, way too pricey, and the food doesn't taste as the real KFC should. Can't believe they are still in Business. Look at all the bad reviews...Holy Shmolly!!! You KFC is BAD, Bad bad! You could do much better but you won't. Sad.
