Can’t get enough of this bakery. Had some fantastic chocolate croissants from there a few weeks ago, so when I saw them at the Farmers market I knew I had to get something.. I went for a rhubarb and strawberry tart.. and oh my… *chefs kiss* Delicious!!
Came in to check some things out and got a rhubarb tart and it was amazing, wonderfully warm environment and greeting from the staff, I will return

This is a fantastic bakery and one of the best establishments in Fairbanks. Their pastries are an absolute treat when in town.
