Papa John's - Bldg Fort Wainwright

Ordered online said 35-45 minutes. Arrived to be told an additional 45 minutes to an hour. But they would rush it 20 to 30 minutes wait the additional 25 minutes and check only to be told it had some how been cancelled. So another 20 minutes I finally was able to get my dinner and go home. Very disappointed

I went to the store to order 2 large 1 topping pizzas. There was no sign showing prices being updated). I paid $18 for each pizza. Another customer came in a few minutes later and asked if there were any specials and he was told large 1 toppings are only $10. I approached the counter and asked why that was not mentioned to me when I ordered and was told, “ you have to ask”. I mentioned that I had looked online for specials but did not see any. Was told it was an in store only. Again there was no sign showing pricing and I feel that good customer service would have been to tell me that there were specials when I ordered. I was told it was too late to do anything about it, and that they could not refund any of my money. This was at the College Rd location in Fairbanks AK.

Completely understaffed. Every time I go in it's one guy doing the work of 10 people, no wonder orders take a long time. Sucks to see corporate places like this taking advantage of their employees and not staffing properly. If you are a doordasher, I would recommend not accepting orders here unless you want to sit in your car and wait for an hour.

Best pizza in town! I only order from here when I do get takeout, yes sometimes it takes awhile to get the food delivered but who cares, they're making my dinner for me! Never had any issues with this place. I mean just take a moment to look at this pizza, for real.

Definitely disappointed with my order. Cheese was just a glob on top of pizza and wasn’t melted. Had a strange taste to it and didn’t taste fresh at all. Not appetizing at all!
