A known and renowned name in the region. Good value for money. Suggestion: eventually produce original chocolate pastries or creative mocha cakes. Get out of the beaten paths and dare to create new recipes while taking care to remain competitive at the price level.

As a general rule, good products, although the quality has declined a bit compared to the time when the bakery was named Derkenne-Couline. My favorite products are Abbey Bread, Spelt Grey Work and Grandma Cake. Small flat, however, I had more than once grandmother's cakes filled as fresh by the date whose fat butter or... was greedy. This point seems very seriously to me to improve! As for Franz's pastries, they are not at all my taste.
