Absolutely great! We went there for the first time for dinner and what a great discovery! The dishes are fine, well thought out, with fresh products and a nice presentation. All in a pleasant place with open kitchen on the room. Congratulations we'll be back!

Excellent discovery in Blois in stage in the city, we stopped at Brut. A great experience, from entry to dessert. A heartburn for the vegetarian dish, which made me re-discover the celery.
