La Tartine - Blois

I was by all by myself (yes I know the song) and walking around not sure where I should eat. I gave La Tartine a try and was not disappointed. I love every single minute of the experience and never felt awkward dining alone. The nice waitress and the music (Louis Armstrong, Etta James etc.) helped a lot. The main course (a tarine) was ok. The crème brûlée was heaven on earth.

Accueil agréable. ..plats copieux les salades et la pièce du boucher qui a une très bonne sauce aux poivres. ..bref bonne adresse pour un gringrin rapide et bon. A faire si vous passez

Très bon restaurants,accueillant , bonne nourriture notre repas et arriver assez vite. Restaurant recommander pour toute personne ayant un petit creux

Restaurant bien placer pour manger en famille repas irréprochable et les services impeccables rien à dire avec de la musique .

Seemed a nice place to stop for lunch during a day out in Blois. How wrong we were! Grumpy waiter followed by over an hour wait for food of any kind. They had clearly forgotten about us but refused to admit it or offer any kind of compensation. I would avoid.
