China Village - Bloomfield Hills

Let's just say that the egg rolls were so bad that even almost 24 hours later, I still had the rancid taste in my mouth. But aside from that, the main dishes had a great taste! Yes, I am Chinese and I can say it's not authentic, but we know what to expect from this restaurant. It's American Chinese and that's what they serve. The portions are large and the flavor is really good. Some people may complain about the fried rice, but personally I think it's fantastic. It has more flavor and substance. On another note, I wish they would improve their take-out system. The way people have to wait in an unorganized manner without names for their orders is not well done. They also forgot to include cutlery and made a mess with the sauce in the take-out bag. They should consider improving their take-out system.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. It offers affordable prices, generous portions, and delicious food. I highly recommend it.

You can not eat in at the moment but I absolutely love the egg drop soup. I've had a few other items on the menu but its been over a year since I've tried anything other than the soup so I cant speak about any of the other items recently.. the people here are friendly and my food taste fresh and is always piping hot. Only rating a four star because you can't dine in and its been this way all year (2021)

I got to eat almond chicken made a unique way that I've only ever found in the Detroit area. It has a brown garlic sauce and the chicken is breaded and served on fried rice with green onions. It's so delicious

I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious food. The service was incredibly quick!
