Kaku Sushi Poke - Bloomfield Township

I placed an order online, got a confirmation, and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, expecting it to be late, but they hadn't even started it. While waiting, I ended up taking another person's job. Poor order prioritization and lack of understanding for the customer's time.

I would not recommend ordering online from this restaurant. The wait time for your food is extremely long, as they prioritize customers who walk in over online orders. Even when you inquire about your online order, they may not have even seen it as it sits on the printer. This results in a longer wait time for your food, which may end up being rushed and not worth the wait.

The food was good, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. One of the staff members argued with me that crab and shrimp are not considered shellfish. I had to remind her about my last allergy test, where it clearly showed that I have allergies to shellfish. All I needed was a few rolls packed in separate containers, not to be treated like a child who doesn't understand the severity of my allergies.

On every point every time! definitely my guilty joy, I get it every time I am in the opposite!

Love it! Go there several times a week- just wish they were open more!
