Best Western Territorial Inn Suites

Usually I would not consider posting a review for a Best Western hotel, but this one deserves some acknowledgement. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were extremely impressed with the young lady at the front desk named Ruth. Every time we saw her interacting with us or other customers she had a big smile (even late at night). Not a person could walk through the door without a warm, bubbly greeting. You could not have a better front desk person. Bravo Ruth! The hotel was also very clean with such sweet and hardworking housekeepers. We will return here because of our good experience.

This was one of the nicest Best Western establishments we've stayed in! The only one we liked better was in Mobile, Alabama and that was only because they had a nightly complementary ice cream bar! I loved that they offered my favorite Noosa Yogurt and their morning coffee was great! Our room was nice, clean and everything worked! The staff was professional and friendly. We enjoyed the decor, especially the murals depicting scenes from the area. It was easy to tell that the owner of this property takes pride in their business. We were definitely impressed.

I was on the road all day, it was getting dark so this is where me and my family stopped for the night. Staff was great. Room was the clean. Smelled clean unlike most hotel rooms i've been to. They had wifi and directv. The breakfast was great!!! Eggs, over easy or scrambled...french toast, sausage patties, potatoes, fresh fruits. Loved it so much I stopped at another Best Western in Idaho the next day....it was boo boo. My daughters didn't like it, food was meh...not all chains are the same. But this place right here...is worth every penny. On my way back to Texas I'm definitely gonna stop in again.

Dirty and unclean Not really what was advertised nor my typical best western. How do I not been totally exhausted and had more options I would've walked out

This Best Western had the BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST I 'VE EVER HAD. I know it 's not kosher to write in all caps on the internet because I 'm yelling, but shut up for a second, because this hotel has THE BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST YOU 'LL EVER HAVE...if you are staying at a standard hotel. Yes, I 'm certain the Plaza Hotel or Disney 's Grand Floridian has better breakfast; don 't be a jerk. Fried eggs--not scrambled! Fresh fruit! BACON! Coffee! Plus some other stuff I 'm probably forgetting, not to mention the standard continental breakfast fare you get at every hotel. The rooms were just fine, and the staff was pleasant. But what I 'm saying is: incredible hotel breakfast at what otherwise looks to just be a standard 2/3 star hotel.
