Boston Market - Bloomfield

Asked about turkey from this location got a extremely rude response from a employee named aliyah that well we don't serve that here i know its hard to find employee's right now but someone with that attitude shouldn't be working there I know I won't be back I see the owner is responding to the reviews but something needs to be done to save the location or I see it shutting down

Do not go here....I adore Boston Market but after going here, it makes me not want to go back . They don't have turkey or barely any sides. The employees were very disrespectful and not helpful.... SMH

2/4 things of my order were missing for a pickup order. Had to to remind them of my drink, and then foolishly didn’t look in the bag to see my side was missing as well. Didn’t think it’d be worth it to haul all the way back. I seemed to be the only pickup order and no other customers in the joint…

Service took a long time, we were only 2nd in line. Staff seemed not motivated. The people in front of us had a question that they avoided. Our food was dry, warm, not too flavorful. Tables were dirty and chairs were hard, very hard. Price was $26 for two lunches.

I ordered pot pie and it was over cooked. The order was delivered through door dash. The plastic bag it came in wasn't even taped or sealed. I. Had two side orders that were just thrashing around and falling out of the bag. Don't order to go via food delivery service because it is not sanitary. Such an easy fix, even McDonald's packages orders correctly.
