Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bloomfield

It's definitely my go to Popeyes! The food is always served fast and accurately. The cashier Mirjana is super friendly and professional, thanks to her for good service. The food is tasty and even when I take the combo for ones person I get enough food to take with me and eat it the next day.Parking: There is big free parking in front of the restaurant and I can always find a lot thereKid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly place, maybe French fries and chicken are not good for kids diet but it's not the place fault ;

WARNING!! I walked out after demanding a refund. Placed an order for an 8 piece spicy chicken, waited 15 minutes for them to make a fresh batch. While waiting, I noticed the woman packing the orders started to cough uncontrollably without covering her mouth! The box in the left hand, tongues in the right hand, she continued to cough while packing orders. I asked the manager to not let her pack my food and she insisted she completed the order. Both the training manager and manager in training admitted they knew she was coughing but claimed they didn’t see her not covering her mouth. I asked for a refund and left. If your employees are sick, don’t have them serving food! This is how people get sick. I don’t know what’s more disgusting, a grown adult not having common courtesy and manners to cover their mouths when coughing, or the managers who knows she’s sick and allowed her to serve customers. Corporate explained this location is a franchise and reserves the right to “investigate” their own issues.

Service is horrible! I let it slide the first two times but now I see that that’s the way it is in this place. It takes way too long to get your food and I’m not talking about a complicated order. When you only business where customers have other choices, you cannot let multiple customers walk out of your establishment due to slow and bad customer service, sorry, never coming here again

Always missing an item of an order. Portion size of sides are small, chicken uncooked. I could go on but it’s better making your order at a different location.

Service was a little slower than usual, but it was late on a holiday. I would overlook that part. Otherwise good.
