Nobody came to ask me anything til after all the people that were waiting had been sat. My food came. No ketchupor mustard. Nobody came to check on me. After at least 5 minutes and being passed numerous times I asked the waitress/bartenderfor some condiments. Then when I was done had to wait at least ten more minutes and finally had to ask for my check. Plus thebar was dirty and filled with previous customers empty glasses. The last time I go to that Chilli's.
I was more than mildly disappointed with my visit. I visited October 13th in the evening. The prices were not awful, and the service was OK, however the food has gone downhill quick. I had the special with a drink, soup, and the cajun chicken pasta. Thesoup I ordered was the chicken enchilada. It was bland, almost completely flavorless which was a disappointment as this soup useto be my favorite out of any restaraunt. The main course wasn't much better. While the pasta was good, and cooked well. Thechicken left much to be desired. It looked like they had tossed the bottom crumbles of a bag of chicken on my plate, the biggestpiece being the size of my fingernail and there was no cajun seasoning either. The sauce was enjoyable, however there wasn'tenough of it, even after stirring I would say almost a fourth of my pasta had no sauce on it. They also didn't bring out ourdrinks for almost 20 minutes, well into our queso and chips (Bland as well. The salsa is more of a soup now than a salsa. Ididn't see a manager once throughout our visit, which was surprising as most Chilis have them out checking on the guests. Asmuch as Chilis has a special place in my heart, I can now see why the parking lot was desserted when others were much bussier. And unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location again in the forseeable future. I reccomend you stay away, there areplenty of better options in the area.
The presentation was appealing, but the taste didn't quite match up. There were no cucumbers in sight, and the chicken was dry. I wouldn't recommend calling this the Chili's House salad. My husband ordered the fajitas, but the guacamole was disappointing. Although there was a decent crowd, many tables were still open. It seems like they are struggling with staffing and finding quality team members.
I visited the restaurant around 3 PM, and it was quite empty with only a few guests present. I sat at the bar, but it took a long time for someone to take our order. The bartender kept disappearing, and we noticed other guests arriving and waiting to be seated without assistance. After several minutes of nobody acknowledging them, they decided to leave. It seemed like there was no hostess on duty, and the bartender, who must have seen the waiting guests, chose to ignore them and focus on other tasks. We felt embarrassed for those patrons. As we left, we advised some of the guests who were still waiting to be seated that they might want to consider dining elsewhere. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired.
The food was incredible! We had a little hiccup with our pasta, but the manager kindly provided us with a new dish. Later, we realized we had forgotten our to-go boxes, and once again, the manager went above and beyond by offering us two more orders of the same pasta we had ordered. The customer service was outstanding—I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10!
