Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bloomingdale

It was my first time at this location. The restaurant is organized and cleaned. I stop here on Sunday night. It was crowded. There are some tables in the central area. However, most people ordered to go. The staff is friendly and quick. I had a bowl half chicken and steak with beans and salad. My bowl was delicious and fresh. I will definitely come back in the future for more.

Well, I drove by this restaurant many times in the past and many more near future. I know this is Americanized Mexican restaurant, and wouldn't comparing with truly Mexican restaurant. But I would love to gave it a try, so I ordered the steak bowl for carryout. The tables seem very clean and friendly staffs. The flavor of steak was great, salad and salsa were fresh. However, the rice were undercook and you can feel a bit crunchy while eating the rice. . I would love to give a 4 stars if the rice was cook right. I am more than happy to revisit this restaurant again near future.

I ordered from the app. Came in a little after the time that it told me to pick up the order, and I still had to wait. Sometimes the rice and beans aren't cooked long enough. Staff is really nice and will make it right when something goes wrong

Had an online order and it came like this?! half filled and with NO rice! the teenage boys working at night gotta be taught better this is unexceptional

I normally go to this Chipotle but recently both picking up and delivery when I get my food my burrito was super small missing ingredients. Or the burrito looks like its smashed and falling apart. I ordered delivery and thought I'd give the Bloomingdale location a try again and this time I ordered a steak burrito and go to eat it and no steak in it at all. So I paid the of money for rice and lettuce in a burrito wrap. This location use to be hands down the best and everything was on point. Now I don't know what happened. May need to fined another location.
