Cilantro Taco Grill Bloomingdale

The service at this restaurant is fantastic. I mentioned my interest in one of their desserts, and they went out of their way to prepare it for me to try. I absolutely loved it! I moved away from the area a while ago, but I have to say that something has definitely changed at this place because the tacos were excellent. I personally prefer just cilantro and onions on mine, along with some grilled onions on the side. You can't forget the Hot Green sauce—it really made the tacos stand out. Usually, I'm not a big fan of green sauces on Al Pastor tacos; I typically choose red sauce instead. But I must say, this sauce had some serious kick to it. I ordered two Al Pastor tacos and two Lomo tacos, and they were incredibly tender and not fatty at all. I can't wait to go back!

I was traveling and decided to try the breakfast torta with eggs and chorizo. The spicy green salsa they serve is absolutely divine. The kitchen is clean, and I enjoyed some agua de jamaica. The owner is very nice as well.

We have tried their Rosemont and Bloomingdale locations and always great food. Highly recommend it
