To begin with, the manager on duty Mari treated me with a very bad attitude, since I repeated my order so she wouldn't get confused and she gave me attitude, I know that employees can have bad days but since I was talking to another employee who was out of work shift and since I wanted to continue talking that's why he gave me attitude, the truth is that it bothered me because one goes shopping and expects to be attended to kindly, apart from that I didn't have a name, as the person in charge on duty she has to set an example and bring her complete uniform and as it should be. That's why my score was like this: the food was not very fresh and the potatoes were very bad, but they gave the employee who was off duty fresh food.
This place has terrible service, most workers don't even know how to operate the cashier system, more specifically the rewards system in the Mcdonald's software (that has indeed been running for years). One thing that en-angered me the most was definitely the cashier who was simply yapping on her cell phone mid shift. Although the food might be perfectly fine, the food takes FOREVER to be served, considering the fact that they are not at a lack of employees. Also, if you are looking forward to dine inside, just do not. There are usually kids being loud inside and if not inside then they are loitering outside the building. Last but not least, don't even think about the drive thru. If you thought the service for the inside-dine was slow, then you won't be able to stand how much slower it is at the drive thru. Not to mention, during busy hours the line to this infamous Mcdonald's stretches for a mile of not two. To summarize everything that has been said; just do not come here.

Come on guys!! Give some napkins for drive-thru orders!!!
