I'm frustrated with having to drive to Clearwater since this Burger King can't seem to manage things properly. The management and customer service are terrible. I really don’t understand how they’re still in business.
Seeing frozen burger patties just sitting in an unused drive-thru window gave me an odd feeling.
I waited around 15 minutes for my meal, and when it finally arrived, the burger was burnt to a crisp. Additionally, the honey mustard was separated and spoiled due to improper storage. The customer service was lacking; when I requested a refund, they simply closed the window on me and handed me the cash without saying a word. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
During this COVID 19 craziness I got my sandwiches and fries hot and delicious. It took a while because they were slammed, but the drive thru representative was on-point and courteous while the kitchen made the food fast as they could. Real nice, guys. Keep fighting the good fight.
I thought the food was not very good. Simple order wrong, food cold, extra heavy Mayo not requested. No wonder the drive through was empty when other restaurants close by have long waits. One and done.
