Bw Signature Collection, Parke Regency Conference Center

Over the last few years we have stayed here off and on while visiting family. It appears new management or ownership has taken over. This is a large hotel/convention center/restaurant facility located close to the airport and shopping. The rooms show some wear but overall are in good shape. Our room had a very large walk-in shower with nice glass doors. The parking lot is huge and well maintained. The outdoor pool is closed down. There is a modern workout room in the basement plus a regular laundry room. The free breakfast is okay with biscuits/gravy added on the weekend. I have never had better biscuits and gravy! The staff is super friendly and helpful, not just most of them but all of them! When I wrote this review we hadn’t ate in the restaurant but family in the area told us it was a great place to dine. This facility is ran and staffed how all motels/hotels should be. Whenever we visit this area in the future we will book here.

Staff was friendly but inattentive. Building temp set at 81°. Pool out of order. Tiny dirty gym was missing advertised free weights. Needed key reprogrammed and couldn’t find any staff on duty at midnight. Found staff room full of men playing cards, but no one who worked here. Eventually, drunk man repgrommed key, but just reset key for room we told him without asking our names or any other questions. Would never consider staying here again.

Perhaps the worst hotel shower I’ve ever had. So little water pressure I couldn’t wash my hair — and I’m pretty much bald! Bed was way too soft and the pillows flat. This whole place just seemed on the cheap side. The best thing about it is its location. Reasonably close to the airport and just across the street from Joe’s Pub. I can’t recommend this hotel.

Clean motel. The only complaint was being rudely awakened by someone yelling in the lobby at 4 or 5 in the morning because there was no one at the front desk. That was very annoying. Other than that the stay was great

We arrived to check in 3:10 pm and we are still waiting for our room to be cleaned at 4:30 pm and check out was at 11am why are my husband and I still waiting at 4:33 pm ! Definitely do not recommend this place its been a headache since we walked in ! We are here for our anniversary Update two hours pasted by our room was finally finished went to get on the elevator and it was coincidentally broken there “security “ guy acted tough and was rude ! Don’t waste time or money here not to mention the hotel charged my card before i arrived! It took a month for the funds to be returned
