Cadillac Ranch - Bloomington

A Cadillac facade outside, rock and roller paintings decorating the walls, Tim McGraw head and a mechanical bull on the middle level, Cadillac Ranch had all forms of my art joint, even if it was in a shopping center; and it did not disappoint. A decade ago and a few years ago, I found myself in New York City. I ventilated to a bar and ordered the name of the city; a Manhattan; and for this bourbon-loving girl it was a piece of heaven. Simple, decadent, savory, and delivered in a glass with a stem and garnish. I felt comfortable, sophisticated and grown up, as if I had arrived – not only in New York City, but also in adulthood. The drink taught me a lot about me and about life. I've been looking for a great Manhattan since then and I've found myself dropping the bar from great to decent. And if I find the comprehensible drink, I want to share the good news. Thank you to Paul, the bartender who perfectly mixed my three Manhattans and offered us a fantastic afternoon at the Cadillac Ranch. I also ate food, but, let's be honest – after three Manhattans who can remember what I ate.

I ate outside of the box and had the fried Rocky Mountain Oysters (sliced bull nuts) in a Buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Then had the country fried chicken, but it was cold in center, it looked done and had clear juices. But the center of the chicken breast was cold cold, like frigerator cold and the exterior was hot. I'm think pare cooked, refrigerated, and warmed through to order. However, the were quick and willing to discount my meal, I did eat the two smaller pieces.

This place is very great. Great food and bar with wine. Very nice customer service!! I had a great experience. Do not forget to get a bull ride!!! Help me find the pods. 3. Floor in the Mall of America.

There was no waiting time. We took a seat right away. The drinks took us. The food was great! Although, I wished the menu informed me that they added Mayo to my burger. I hate Mayo. The food was filled! Drinks tasted like juice. They were delicious.

Every time we go to Mall of America, it seems we end up here. It is always so good and they have a nice selection of dishes and drinks at a fair price. We love the rock star memorabilia throughout the place and it is always relaxing.
