Cedar Stone, Urban Table - Bloomington

Cedar Stone Urban Table offered a wonderful dining experience. The drinks were bold and flavorful, while the wings were both spicy and delicious. The service was exceptional, and considering the upscale hotel environment, the prices were surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend it!

The atmosphere is fantastic, whether it's day or night. It's a great spot for both lunch and dinner. I highly recommend it if you're near the Mall of America and looking for the perfect place for a business dinner.

This restaurant is a fantastic find connected to the Mall of America. We tried the short rib, cauliflower, chicken, and bread pudding. The short rib was flavorful, though a bit drier than I prefer. The corn purée served with it was delightful. My friends enjoyed their grilled chicken, describing it as moist. The real star of the meal, however, was the bread pudding. It tasted like a blend of French toast and butterscotch, but it wasn't overly sweet. I highly recommend this place. All the craft cocktails we ordered were excellent as well.

We ordered the short ribs, mushroom risotto, and roasted carrots. Typically, I'm not a huge fan of short ribs, but these were outstanding. They were incredibly tender, and the demi-glace was just right. The risotto featured several types of mushrooms complemented by balsamic, which was delightful. The yogurt on the roasted carrots elevated them even further. I would definitely recommend stopping by Cedar Stone!

Kylie was an excellent server—she was friendly and offered fantastic recommendations for both cocktails and food. I highly recommend the small plate Mac n' cheese and the chicken wings. The wings are crispy and packed with flavor thanks to the Nashville seasoning, while the Mac n' cheese is deliciously cheesy with a nice crunchy topping. The cocktails here are also unforgettable; I had two drinks that gave me a pleasant buzz, perfect for a shopping trip afterward. Cedar Stone Urban Table, which is connected to the hotel, features a nice modern ambiance that makes it a great spot for a date night.
