The Herbivorous Butcher - Minneapolis

This place is amazing. I am not vegetarian or vegan, I own my own restaurant, I live with a vegan, and I have very high standards for vegan food. In my mind it should be approachable for anyone and have the same focus on flavor, quality, texture,and balance than any other restaurant does. Everyone should try their sandwiches, even for a causal lunch on the fly, trust theprocess and check out some brilliant craftsmanship. Keep up the good work!

I recently tried the vegan deli sandwiches at The Herbivorous Butcher and they are definitely the best I've ever had. My family and I tried the Italian Cold Cut, Turkey Dill Havarti, and Capicola Cheddar Apple sandwiches, each with its own unique and delicious flavor. The sandwiches were huge and satisfying. In addition to the sandwiches, The Herbivorous Butcher also offers a great selection of sweet treats and vegan meats like Cajun jerky and Korean ribs. With so many tempting options, it was hard to choose just one. This place is a hidden gem in Minneapolis and I highly recommend trying their sandwiches!

Amazing! If you are looking for vegan options, this is a destination. The meats and cheeses are delicious. I also picked up some snacks and a shirt. The ranch is especially good.

I brought my family to this restaurant during our trip to Minnesota. We have a mix of vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters and everyone enjoyed the food. We ordered the 6-piece bucket with Mac n cheese and corn, as well as the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious, from the crispy tots to the outstanding fried chicken. The sauces were excellent and the service was top-notch. I also appreciated the use of compostable cutlery and packaging. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again.

I ordered the Turkey sandwich with chips and a drink. It was a filling sandwich that I couldn't finish in one sitting. It also held up well in the fridge. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I wish I had asked for some additional toppings, but hot sauce added the extra kick I was looking for. I am definitely a fan of this restaurant.
