Crafted coffee used to be a place that I would go to multiple times a week but after today I am not giving them anymore chances. I’m not sure what has happened but in the last few months the service has drastically gone downhill. They seem to be short staffed a lot and the staff that does work there doesn’t seem to pay attention to detail. I often get my order wrong and have extremely long wait times. The hours have also changed to where they open later in the morning. The brews of the day are posted mid week at times. I’m very disappointed that my favorite place has had so many negative changes in the last few months. I wish the service and attentiveness would go back to how it was months prior.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru for one cup of coffee. When I asked the manager why it took so long she stammered and stuttered something about someone not showing up this morning. When asked what she was doing to try and helped she again stammered and stuttered something about trying. Clearly, she has little if any people skills. Plus, a sincere apology would have helped, but she didn't even have the class to apologize. Had I been on the way to the office I'd have been late. Sorry Crafted Brew, you just lost a customer, not only because of the horrible service, but because the manager clearly didn't give a damn.
