Contribuisci feedbackMy order was prepared, but when I called, they were really friendly and made me a new one. They also sent a delicious treat along with it. The staff is always so kind, which is why I choose this place in the first place.
I recommend ordering from a different Domino’s location. My experience here has been consistently disappointing. Each time I've ordered, it took an unusually long time—over an hour on most occasions. One time, the app notified me that my order was ready, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. It seemed like they just marked it as ready to meet their time targets. Another instance had me waiting 40 minutes only to see that my order was still “in prep.” When I called to inquire, I was told they hadn’t even started making it yet, and it would take at least another 30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour tonight, despite being told it would only be 25 minutes, I’ve learned my lesson. The Domino’s at Anderson Lakes in EP is much faster and provides friendlier service. It's time for this location to improve!
I visited Pizza Tracker recently, and both times I was eager to pick up my order as soon as the tracker indicated it was ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they hadn't even started cooking my order.
My experience was terrible today. I didn't get my food, and management had a fight with the personalf. when I called, they told me they don't spend phpne numbers from corporate staff.
Bad Customer service, I called to complain that the cheese bread we order ordered was incorrect and that they forgot the dipping sauces, that we had to pay fo. Nothing was done. No offers to correct the situation.
