We ordered 3 sandwiches at 18:30. we called a few times in a three-hour time while we waited for our food. Finally, a last call they canceled the order and went home. you have to do better to align your business if you want my business.

I have always ordered from this load, always had a good service. I always have specific instructions where I am. the van was crazy that he had to go to the 2nd stage and said that next time I had to meet the stairs down and rudely said that he had many sandwiches.

I put a big catering order in front of a class I hosted. I have chosen an early delivery time to have enough time for eating arrive and be set up. they called me 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive to tell me they were coming too late and coming at the top of the hour. I said that I was very unhappy with it, as it would interfere with the great. they offered a weak apology and no confessions. we missed the half of the chips we ordered and the quantities of different types of sandwiches were out. I called the manager the next day to express my discontent. I had hoped to get an apologies or a kind of discount on a future order, but the manager I spoke with was dismissed and really rather rude for me. we wanted to carry out another catering order for this coming week, but after this negative experience decided to go with another restaurant.

While my eating was done quickly, it was wrong. I took up our two sandwiches, and when we opened them to the house, we saw that they were only half made: they contained only flesh and cheese. We have paid essentially twice what we should have, because we lacked half of the budget. the order on the app was just as I did it before, so it is not as an option was selected to leave the bevel, salat, tomato, oily, oregano-basil (literal over the half of the ingredients). I could not find a link somewhere in the confirmation email, app or quittung to send a message about our incorrect order, so I have to leave a comment here.

I got delivery last night, the food got here freaky fast, the driver was extremely friendly/polite and the sandwiches were made perfectly, great experience!
